Summer Every Second Day HomeWatch
In the spring, summer and fall, we offer HomeWatch services daily and every other day for your peace of mind. Our winter packages are offered in summer for daily visits. Seven Every Second Day 4 Basic Visits, 1 Yard Maintenance, 1 Optional Service -- $150
Fourteen Every Second Day 7 Basic Visits, 2 Yard Maintenance, 1 Optional Service and Grocery Shop -- $325 + cost of groceries
Thirty Day 15 Basic Visits, 4 Yard Maintenance, 2 Optional Services and Grocery Shop -- $600 + cost of groceries
Winter Basic Homewatch
Although insurance companies require a visit every day, our Winter Basic package allows you to have this security on a budget. We still visit your home daily, however, every second day we conduct a Quick Check of plumbing, heating and obvious warning signs of trouble. This package is also offered for extra security in the summer months. Seven Every Second Day 4 Basic Visits, 3 Quick Visits, 1 Yard Maintenance, 1 Optional Service -- $175
Fourteen Every Second Day 7 Basic Visits, 7 Quick Visits, 2 Yard Maintenance, 1 Optional Service and Grocery Shop -- $375 + cost of groceries
Thirty Day 15 Basic Visits, 15 Quick Visits, 4 Yard Maintenance, 2 Optional Services and Grocery Shop -- $725 + cost of groceries
Winter Daily HomeWatch
During the winter months, insurance companies require that your home be inspected every day to ensure any problems due to freezing are detected quickly. Seven Daily 7 Basic Visits, 1 Yard Maintenance, 1 Optional Service -- $250
Ten Daily 10 Basic Visits, 1 Yard Maintenance, 2 Optional Services -- $350
Fourteen Daily 14 Basic Visits, 2 Yard Maintenance, 1 Optional Service and Grocery Shop -- $525 + cost of groceries
Welcome Home Options
Add to any HomeWatch package a Grocery Shop and House Clean (floors, surfaces dusted, interior windows, bathrooms, kitchen) just prior to your return to make it feel as if you have never left -- $65 each +cost of groceries

- Mail pick up and forward
- Replace filters or fuses

- Care for fish or other caged pet
- Feed cats and clean litterbox
