Concierge Services
At Stoke Solutions, our Concierge services help you to make your life a little easier. We offer a wide range of services from stocking up your refrigerator with all the ingredients for your favourite recipes to finding that perfect bottle of wine for your guests. We are committed to helping you out in all areas of your busy schedule. So, if you are running short on time, sit back, relax and call on Stoke Solutions to get the job done.
How It Works
At this time, most of our services will be charged at the hourly rate of $35 per hour, in increments of fifteen minutes. All vendor fees will be charged to you at our cost in addition to the hourly fee. As we determine the needs of the community, we will be adding more standardized service charges for errands and deliveries, senior assistance and business support services. Please let us know how we can help you out!
We currently offer grocery and liquor shopping services at the rate of $65 per order. We will carefully shop for your particular requests, deliver and unload your purchases at the time and day you specify. To submit a grocery or liquor shopping request, please download the following form, fill it out in full and return it to us as an email attachment. We will then contact you by phone to confirm your order and take your cedit card information. A grocery order is not confirmed unless you have given us a credit card number.
In addition to a regular grocery list, we also have a selection of local products made right here in Revelstoke for you to choose from. These include homemade breads, soups, muffins, cookies, sauces and locally roasted coffee.
We reserve the right to charge a $25 cancellation fee for grocery requests cancelled within 24 hours of arranged delivery time. If your groceries have already been purchased at time of cancellation request, all fees and cost of groceries are non-refundable.
The charming mountain community of Revelstoke often supplies us with everything we need, however, if requests cannot be met inside our lovely town, a fuel surcharge will also apply to cover our travel costs.
